"It was my first time at this location and by far the worst experience. I will not be going to Best Buy for any of my shopping. Wish I would have gone to PC Richard’s.. went to buy an over the range microwave at this location. Went to the entrance where I presented the receipt and was told once we have the car upfront they will bring and load it for us. Once the Uber was upfront the employee placed the box in the trunk. Great! We called someone to come install it only to find out we were given a regular microwave and not an over the range.. same day we took an Uber back to Best Buy and explain we weren’t given what we purchased. They do a swap the box matches the receipt and they said this was it no way it’s wrong. Yes, we Uber it back home yet again… the following day the installer returns the microwave is not working.. and appears used.. another Uber back to return it only for the employees to say the serial # does not match the microwave and is not the one shown on the receipt or box. Another employee comes into the picture he explains that again and points that it’s used. The two female employees are chuckling and trying to hide it. It was very upsetting because it seemed like they were laughing at the situation. After a few mins the male employee find outs that this microwave was purchased days earlier and returned shortly couple days later. We bought an open box at full price without being told.. there was no apology. Best Buy cost us close the amount of that microwave from the Uber to the installer that made several trips."
"Worst Best Buy ever ! The staff and manager are so rude !! I recently purchased a meta quest 3 and I returned it this morning. Come to find out with the meta quest devices the serial number on the box and the device it self is different. The dumb workers and even the store manager refused to return the device and failed to realize this information. After having me in the store for one hour then he must’ve found out that the serial numbers are different on the box & device he returned it and didn’t even apologize or accepted he was wrong ! This is not how they should treat customers."
