"The management company of my (rent stabilized) building relies on Crane Cooling for appliance repair and replacement. I have never encountered people as rude and inconsiderate as this. They could care less about when they said they would come and make you feel bad for confirming when they've no-showed. All the bad reviews here are 100% true - and my experience makes me question the positives. If you have the choice of who services your appliance need go with ANYONE else... Literally!"
"After all the bad reviews I was wary when I was referred to Crane Cooling for warranty repair. Thankfully I did not have the issues that others have. The company called me this morning to set up the service call, with an appointment set up for later in the day. The repair agent, Rob, came and found out what the issue was. Thankfully he had the part on hand and was able to fix my dryer right away."
"I wish i could give them zero's across the board. The customer service over the phone was terrible. the repair service was a disaster from start to finish. This place should be a last resort. My refrigerator went out and my landlord went and got one from them and it only lasted for 2 day and then it went out the freezer was blowing like the refrigerator and the fridge felt like a cabinet."
