"Beware of this vendor. They are incompetent. They do not honor their commitments and refuse to make right their errors. They were to deliver a refrigerator today (for which I took the entire day off, because they would not give me an eta). I called on the day and they said it would be delivered between 4 and 6 ...suddenly theres a time frame. I called close to 6 and then I was told that they would not deliver today. They refused to make it right or deliver in a time that would work well for me...thus necessitating I take ANOTHER day off work. They refused to help. They refused anything. Just said, when you are ready to call back....I was ready today. I lived up to my part of the bargain....why can't Lema Refrigeration? Avoid at all costs!!!"
