"A delicious pizza/Italian restaurant in Ozone Park. The staff were courteous and helpful. I had a pepperoni roll with a bottle of tea. The pepperoni roll was loaded with pepperoni, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella. The side of dipping marinara sauce was equally as delicious. I highly recommend Sofia's Pizzeria."
"Stayed at Marriott hotel near JFK amd ordered delivery from Sofias. Food came quickly and was great. Menu selection is perfect. We had NY pizza, chicken Marsala, and tiramisu. Would definitely order from there again."
"First let me say the service was amazing!!! The staff was so friendly and really took care of us. I would go back just because of them! But the food was also amazing! I loved in NYC for 1 year and I thought the pizza was great. They also gave us a free slice of cake which was super nice. I would definitely recommend this place to a friend!"
"I have to give Sofia's one star for the horrible customer service experience they provide to customers who call over the phone. I called to place an order for pick up and after being placed on hold and waiting patiently for a few minutes the very impatient person who picked up was rude, talking in such a hurry that I could barely make out his words, and when I gave the name of the person who would be picking up my order (my father) said "I have no idea, tell your husband or boyfriend the number is 67 and to come in half an hour" and hung up the phone. This is a terrible way to treat a paying customer. I have had several similar experiences with Sofia's but I keep coming back due to it being so close to me. However, due to the rude staff, the long wait times when calling, and the inconvenience they cause such as randomly not accepting cards one day and accepting them the next, I think I'll find another business to spend my money at. Edit: I just received the pizza and as always, it was way too salty."
"I want to thank Sofia’s Pizza for turning a frustrating afternoon into a great memory. Our small group was headed to Italy when we had a cancelled flight and had to stay overnight in NY. We needed somewhere to go to pass the time until our new flight left. Our hotel recommended Sofia’s and we are so glad they did. Everyone was so friendly, gave us tips on Italy and served up some amazing food. Our trip turned into an absolute success and I feel like this was the perfect start. Salute!"
