"This Domino's pizza store was average just like other stores in Brooklyn. For some reason Manhattan's Domino's are much more better and hygienic than other boroughs. Food was okay but they need to pay attention to their hygiene & how they communicate with their customers. Other than that it was alright."
"I ordered a pizza on Wednesday and was finishing it yesterday. I was chewing and noticed something funny. They baked some kind of paper into the cheese of my pizza smh cross contamination at it’s finest. I called for a manger and was told they were too busy and to call back tmrw. Already threw the pizza in the trash. Y’all have to do better smh. It’s been getting more and more unsanitary in this dominos no gloves cross contamination and you can see it all. Used to be much better a few years back Pizza Hut is right up the block"
"I ordered my food at 7:57pm on Friday, December 8th. My food was delivered around 9:30pm. I ordered a medium buffalo chicken pizza and an 8 piece wings. I received the wings and no pizza. The driver gave me a free cinnamon twist desert and instructed me to call the store. I proceed to call the store 2 separate times to be placed on hold for over 30 minutes. I then proceeded to call the driver twice and he said I he would try to have to store call me when he gets to the store. I called the store after another half hour of waiting. They said that they were waiting for someone to deliver the pizza. It was 11:04pm when I called for a refund. I waited for another 5 minutes on hold before a lady kindly assisted me and gave me a refund. 11:15pm and a delivery person called me. I took the pizza, opened it and the pizza was cold, uncut, burnt, and looked generally unappetizing. This store will never receive my business again."
