"Customer service is terrible. The manager always has a poor attitude. The assistant manager had an even worse attitude. Asked specifically for certain munchkins and they gave me a terribly attitude and a face about it. Pre ordered donuts for today and paid and no one knew what I was talking about. Back in February I ordered a cake and they had no idea the difference between cakes. It took a half hour or more to place the order. Every time it’s an attitude from them. I will not be returning to this location."
"The cashier when I was there 10/12/23 @ 1:41pm was rude threw the box of donuts on the counter to my friend and I. Won’t be back to this location huge lack of customer service."

"Stopped by today to get some ice cream, the staff was very friendly and had smiles. I ordered 4 single scoop cups one with a couple toppings. The ice cream was great and hit the spot. I would recommend this location if your in the area."
