It’s none existence here starts from the top with the owner mind you the food is not the best since it’s the only one by the train station I guess they feel entitled to treat us like we don’t matter ..should be appreciative that you have a major foot traffic to you ..there’s another hidden pizza shop 3 blocks away called— Minitalia Pizzeria 66 25 Freshpond rd — great customer service and food is worth the walk."

"Food is pretty decent but too bad I’ll never be ordering from here again due to the service. I ordered a plate on Grubhub in a rush and couldn’t select the tip option right away (I always tip). So when the driver got here LATE (mind you this place uses their own drivers) he demands a tip because of how far he drove to me . I told him I’ll do it on the app now I didn’t get a chance to but he showed me a receipt saying cash tip. That’s an issue with Grubhub and that store nobody’s paying cash after ordering in these sites. So he gets into a full blown argument with me because I’m unable to give him cash and that I shouldn’t have to do it on the site. He stormed off and said he’ll never come over here again. That’s fine ! I’m not ordered from your disgusting places! Even if he had asked nicely I could’ve asked a family member if they possibly had cash. Do better"

"this place changed for the worst. People couldn't be any ruder than this. I feel if they don't like you personally they will intentionally burn your pizza and make it with old ingredients. Never again. Just look at the photo of the manager pushing an elderly man through the window. Tells you everything you need to know about these trashy people. I love mexican people but the ones that work here are the worst with smug faces on them everyday. And also to mention they have a rat problem and they cover their ''grade pending'' sign which has been pending for years."

"In my pasta was a mighty cockroach, and after I mentioned it to the owner, he replied, "The only cockroach in this place is you." This incident could easily have occurred in this restaurant, but thankfully, it did not. Nevertheless, the owner should seriously reconsider his attitude toward customers, as it greatly affects the overall negative experience. I am willing to update my review once I observe an improvement in his approach to customer service."
