"I called and was greeted by Alexis. I asked to speak to Heidi and I heard her say something in the background about how she doesn't feel like talking, then I was hung up on immediately after with no explanation. It was not due to service on either end because the call would've said disconnected. No matter the reason for a call, hanging up without an explanation is terrible customer service."

"They are very friendly when you first walk in all three ladies will smile at you and greet you. They make you feel really comfortable. Even if you are going through a tough time like I has have been they were the nicest all the places that I have been to And they approved me for a loan on top of it. I recommend this to everybody. and if you refer people and they get approved, you get money there’s lots of ways I work with summer who is very very sweet she’s good at what she does so that’s when she’s always busy yet she will take your phone call and might be helping a customer at the same time. She is young and able to multitask like I used to be able to do when I was young. Anyhow, the other two ladies are very knowledgeable very very friendly they all work together and help each other to take care of everyone that walks through their doors. I see it every time I’m there really I can’t say enough I wish I could say such good things about every business that I go to throughout my days and 99.9% of the time, I don’t get any customer service at all like nobody will even look at you LOL these days but oh Lord, if you do ask for some customer service your wish that you hadn’t. Now that’s in other places not Lancaster financial who deserve five stars"
