"I ordered a lot and they forgot a few things. The guy behind the counter acted skeptically when I told him he had forgotten to give me some of the stuff I ordered. He never gave me a receipt so I could prove what I had paid for. Ultimately he gave me the rest of the order without much resistance, but it felt kinda shady like he assumed I wouldn't remember all the stuff I asked for. Sometimes it pays to be of a large and imposing size."

"For Veteran's Day, all Dunkin Donuts were supposed to give a free donut with valid ID. Not here. Older guy with beard insisted that an additional purchase was required and was rude. I used to visit this location a lot. Never again."

"Friendly staffs and very patient. I had coupons from T-Mobile Tuesday that I have to load on my phone plus the DD app to earn points. The staff did not mind we have to wait for the screen to load on the phone. Also said bye and have a great day after we leave. Very good customer service. Other DD has employees with accents and poor English. This location was easily to talk to and understand everything."
