"Cashier tried to charge me $9.99 for the clearance item that was marked down for $3. She LIED. Cashier tried to rip me off. No need to waste her time trying. I don't like to give my email address. Was I so annoyed at the cashier! All I want is pay and just leave without being bothered."

"This store is horrible.. store manager Chanel brown is the worst person let alone boss I’ve ever met. It always messy in there the workers all look miserable working there.. the store has weird smell too it especially smells towards there non open fitting rooms. And to top it all off I was offered edible and not the good looking edible. Question isn’t it illegal to be selling in a retail store???"

"The only thing I like about this store is that I can get proper quality clothes with cheap price. Everything else is trash, especially the customer service. I work at the customer service sector too, so I understand how the job can be exhausting. But that’s not an excuse to treat people rudely. I wasn’t rude to them. Most of the times, I was being polite because I don’t want to exhaust them. Still they ignore and talk to me very rudely. Also, they close their store 45 minutes before the actual closing time which is 8:00. I wish the management is better."

"I had an interview here and decided not to take it as I was asked of things I could not meet due to me still being in HighSchool and felt it wasn’t a good idea to commit to something I couldn’t meet, and my boyfriend had been working there and had not been treated well as an employee. The general manager then held that against my boyfriend and began to be even more rude to him. After I decided not to take the job, the general manager went to my boyfriend and began talking poorly of me to him. He eventually ended up quitting which was unrelated to me, and then the general manager had a meeting about me and my boyfriend saying that we were an example of what not to do and talking very poorly of the both of us in the meeting. One of the reasons why I didn’t take the job was so that there was no tension with us dating, and just because I had seen the way the employees were treated and it wasn’t the environment for me. My boyfriend was a great employee, never gave them a hard time even after they messed up his days and hours and the manager still used the fact that I didn’t take the job against him. We both were very respectful to her and handled everything professionally when speaking to her about the job and the way she acted towards us was totally unprofessional and childish. This was not the only time it happened to employees there but this was our personal experience."

"I would put 0 stars if I could. This is one of the worst customer experiences I’ve ever had. There is no changing rooms (they use it as a box storage place for some reason) and when I started trying on a jacket in front of a mirror to see how it would fit, the manager walked to me and was so rude and unapologetic, she clearly needs to learn how to speak to customers. Some change of management seems to be needed asap"
