"I’ve loved this place for years and always say how they make the best breakfast sandwiches but I just had an order delivered on a rainy day and they put a plastic bag over the paper bag to keep it dry and protected. I just thought that was really thoughtful and considerate not a lot of places do that with deliveries. Thank you!"
"The food is good here, However I have not had a good overall experience. I get charged different prices for the same items depending on who rings me up. They seem to make small mistakes all the time like forgetting cheese or forgetting home fries. I will be coming back but I'm definitely gonna have a conversation with the manager before I place my order. Thank you guys for reaching out and making it right. Excellent customer service."
"Such a disappointing way to start my day and year! Very rude and unprofessional staff. Could definitely tell I went on a day where the owner wasn’t there because not only did they three people behind the counter look insanely overwhelmed with the 3-4 people they were serving. Needless to say I will not be back because the food here is average AT BEST and I will happily drive an extra mile to get better food and a more accommodating staff. It’s too bad places like this have gone down hill so much recently."
