"i went to dunkin many times in the past but the last time felt so problematic because when i ordered the sausage, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich for my father he said it only had one egg one sausage and the cheese wasn’t good and the sandwich was overcooked"
"Okay I go to this location frequently because my BF likes it and I am tired of the situation that keeps happening. The people at this location frequently shoot customers, including me, dirty looks. But the bigger problem is they frequently get orders wrong. Coffee missing stuff, sandwiches missing and then being argued with. Today I got a coffee which they frequently miss sugar or cream even when I read the order slow. They once again forgot to add milk and then when I went back to get it they gave me looks again and handed over the milk for me to do myself instead of fixing the drink they messed up. Whoever is in charge needs to get this location in order."

"I am extremely critical of Dunkin' Donuts as I used to work for one for 3 years. The staff here is always friendly, and they make iced coffee like they actually care about what they serve. I know, not a high bar. However, it means a lot for what is essentially a commodity style product. When ordering a few munchkins, a couple extra always end up in the bag. The owner/ manager knows how to build and keep a happy customer base!"
