"Need something better then paper bags so when your food is apparently stacked on top each other with all that weight it doesn’t rip right through. Cheap bags need something better if you want to have multiple items. Thanks for a $50 freaking meal cause I have to reorder now."

"Really disappointed today. Maybe, there’s been a change in staff? — Not enough quality assurance now in making the bowls. Ordered a Pitaya bowl today — looked like someone just grabbed a handful of mango, kiwi and badly cut-up pineapple and dropped it without care. It didn’t even look appealing. Just by looking at it— I could tell there wasn’t half of at least one fruit in my bowl. Plus there was barely any coconut flakes or honey drizzled on top. Definitely not my money’s worth today. And I love Solbol, whenever I’m near New Hyde Park, they’re my go-to. And I drive from Queens to go there. My family even got me a gift card knowing I’m a fan of their açaí bowls.
