"I ordered delivery with specific instructions for delivery. Contactless option, that says leave at front door. Even described my house color and front door color. None of it was followed and the driver was clueless as to what I’m asking him when I asked did you not see the instructions when I found him at the rear of my house. Honestly no clue how or why he ended up there. He had the nerve to have an attitude with me. It’s the stores responsibility to make sure their driver understands or can communicate in English or have a system where it’s translated and a process for troubleshooting issues on the spot with individuals whose primary language is not English. The manager gave an effortless dismissive response and generic sorry with no resolution. I will not be ordering from here again and highly don’t recommend."

"Ordered around 9:20pm and the store is dead. Yet they still messed up my order and made me wait 10 more minutes. I only ordered 2 items and they couldn’t even do that right. Horrible experience and a waste of my time."

"Pizza was smashed with the cheese stuck to the top of the box the first time. They brought a new pizza which was fine… Second time they ran out of bread for the chicken bacon ranch so I was forced to get the boneless Buffalo chicken. They sent these terrible chicken pieces without any buffalo sauce, there was more breading than chicken..I called to inquire why there was no sauce, they lied and said that the chicken doesn’t come with sauce and said too bad essentially. The lava cakes were good atleast but the service was terrible. Also the cheese steak tots were disgusting, uneatable, got me sick."

"I never knew pan pizza had a crust the whole pie has a damn crust! Also the f****** cheesy bread has a stupid crust too. Who ever is training these "employees* teach them how to portion right! You guys suck at making "quality food" I would of called and complain but my clients got this for me. Straight to the trash guys keep it up no wonder 3 stars review! How about you're OER? 2 stars? Lucky if you get 3"
