"drinks are not very good. the middle age lady packed my drink with more ice than tea. somehow still overly sweet and tastes of artificial milk with mushy boba. in response to owner: i called, left a message and have not received a reply. i was told at one of your other locations that you use a creamer powder so i knew it was not "fresh". the taste of milk tea is subpar but you should not be informing people you use "fresh" product when it isn't!"
