"This has got to the one of the worst stores. Customer service is lacking and the drinks are terrible. Happy for the new location on Sunrise in bellmore. They are awesome!"
"Sunday early evening I come in for a few gift cards and I decide to get a coffee. I placed my order while about two mins later two moms walk in with their daughters and place their order. Another guy walks in and places his order. As I stand there waiting everyone gets their order. I asked them what’s going on with my drink order since it was placed before all of these other people. It was like i was talking to the air. The two guys look at each other after I ask ‘oh am I not speaking to anyone’. One of them asks what my name is, I give it to him and he has my cup in hand telling me he’s making it next. Then the other one says to another ‘I hate it when people….’ And then his mouth disappears behind a cabinet he opens as he crouches down. Unprofessional and extremely slow and incompetent for a Sunday evening."
"I get $39 with of Food and Beverage and they refuse to take a $100 bill. The young female manager says “I have to give you rolls of coins” as change. Very unprofessional."
"The employees at Starbucks are super friendly and I love how they always have a positive attitude. Food is amazing and service is spot on . Would definitely recommend coming to this Starbucks."
"The only thing worse than a bad coffee, is an expensive bad coffee. My praline latte was mostly hot milk. Starbucks cost too much to not have a perfect cup every time. People under 30 should not be working weekday morning shifts, unless they understand how important a cup of coffee is to the tone of a day. It's a serious matter."
