"I ordered a headset with microphone for curbside pickup. Upon arriving I checked my email for curbside instructions and there were no specific instructions to have someone come to the car. I walked inside to pickup my item. When I approached the cashier, Deborah, who was sitting behind a desk like counter interjected . She asked what I was picking up. Then she barked at me that I need my ID and the card used to pay for it. She also asked for the order number. I asked if I needed all three? She said it says it all in the email, company policy. At this point, I felt as if she was being quite difficult and offsetting. I had all three pieces of information however, I pulled up the email and it did not state that I needed to provide the order number. Also, according to company policy, I purchased this as curbside but yet I had to walk in. My husband is immunocompromised so I avoid going inside stores when possible. I asked for her name. She then started paging the manager. I felt as if this was alot of stress just to buy a 30 dollar headset. After paging the manager, she then approached the cashier to show her how to complete the transaction . She was abrupt and not someone I would want greeting my customers. Next time I'll just order from Amazon. As a side note, the manager never came."

"I am nothing but displeased with the service PC Richard's has provided my family over the last 3 weeks. In the beginning of December 2023, my family purchased a new LG Thin Q refrigerator which retails for about 3,399.99. We purchased that refrigerator as a Christmas present for my mother; however, this only became the ride from hell following. Soon after agreeing to purchase the refrigerator, our salesperson (Donald 10024) tried to run my father's credit card (a PC Richard's credit card we use for purchases like this). Due to the card having been expired (minor issue) it was declined to which Donald (10024) started treating my father and mother as less than decent. Despite the poor attitude, my mother really wanted the fridge and proceeded with the purchase as they used all different form of payment which was immediately approved. This salesperson (Donald 10024) continued to treat my parents poorly and refused to listen to important information regarding the dimensions of my houses entrance (we live in a cape where the front entrance also meets the staircase upstairs). As a result, an ill equipped delivery crew was sent on Thursday and again proceeded to belittle me and my father about not notifying PC Richard's regarding the difficulty of delivering my fridge. We had to refuse delivery as they left us with no alternative. Fast forward to today, Tuesday 12/19/23, and they sent out their "premium squad". This team seemed nice; however, they had no respect for my house, furniture, or other objects out in the house. They installed the fridge successfully; however, that was at the expense of my brothers hand crafted wood project (on the counter and disregarded by the crew as they prepped the fridge for install) and the back of my front door (see pictures attached). I would recommend finding another store to do business with as this level of incompetence is unacceptable, and customer service at PC Richard's have continued to blame us for all mishaps in this process. It doesn't matter if you purchase the best fridge they have, they'll cause more damage to your home then you'll save using this store."

"Our salesman David was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He made sure that we were informed about all of the different appliances we were purchasing and was able to give us a bundle. We appreciated his patience in working with us and his attention throughout our multiple visits to compare appliances and features for yhe best possible deal."
