"I don't understand what this business actually does. I've called to get tires and he doesn't sell tires or do anything with the tires. I had gotten a oil change before from him and everything was ok. But when I needed my brake pads put on the front he told me his mechanic that is there time to time would do my brakes. LEAD FOOT GARAGE was the business card I was given from the mechanic who kept running his mouth the entire time not paying attention what he was doing. I say that because my rotors were still grinding when I left there. I called B and K and the man said the mechanic is coming back. Now I knew that this guy either had not done something or did something wrong. I did not want him near my car. Would you? So I had went up to B and K in tears and told him. He just said he had nothing to do with it since his mechanic did do a walk around my car on a Sunday and lied to me and I never saw him again. I had to pay out of my pocket for new rotors which could have been avoided if the mechanic would have replaced a part as well. It was broken I was told. THANKS AGAIN FOR TAKING ADVANTAGE OF WOMEN WHO COME TO YOU FOR HELP WITH THERE VEHICLES YOUR BUSINESS SEEMS LIKE A COVER UP. YOU DON'T DO ANYTHING THERE"
