"As a frequent customer, at Pipers Kilt, Eastchester we were highly disappointed and probably won’t go back for a while the 20 min wait wasn’t bad but what was bad was the 49 minute wait for our food two burgers and fried chicken as other people sat down and were served I had asked the waitress where our food was. She told me that it takes longer to cook, well-done burgers, not 49 minutes sorry eating there before and ordering the same burger and being served within 15 minutes. That was no excuse then I approached the hostess. She was unapologetic. And gave us no reason other than it might be a different person in the kitchen.And walked away as someone who is also in a customer service business. This was totally unacceptable so therefore I won’t recommend this place anytime soon."

"It's a fantastic neighborhood bar and still a great spot for burgers. Cash and credit are both accepted. Be aware that credit charges are more expensive than paying straight cash. There is a free parking lot behind the restaurant. However, space is very limited, and spots are tight. I highly recommend trying the Eastchester burger, the onion rings, and the fries. 11/2023 A place for really good burgers!"

"Food: 4.2/5 Service: 4.4/5 Vibe: 4.7/5 I’ve heard great things about Piper’s Kilt but this visit did not live up to those standards. The restaurant seemed understaffed and overwhelmed but I will be back to give this spot another shot. *Bonus* Side street parking can be challenging for those who don’t like to park. There is a small parking lot in the back or you can find metered parking by the Eastchester library across the street!"

"Known for their burger, they proved their worth today. It comes down to the meat itself, which seems to set it apart from most burger places. Whatever the combination of meat and spices, it hits the bullseye. The onion rings are also well done. Their pickles are pretty special too."
