"This establishment basically ruined my entire day. I ordered a bagel and cream cheese NOT toasted. The woman behind the counter proceeds to toast my bagel. I told her, I ordered a plain bagel NOT toasted. You would think one would remake the order and give me a new bagel and cream cheese. Nope. She literally re-toast the bagel and gives it to me. It’s very few I run into a bad Dunkin, but this one seems to be one of them."
