"I usually go to the drive thru and the workers are very polite my order is always fresh and nice. This time I went inside and was pleasantly surprised by how clean everything was the kitchen was spotless you can tell the maintain this white castle regularly"
"This white castke has a large parking lot with plenty of space and thw interior of the reataurant is clean. I uses the drive thru tiday and I have to say that they nees to be better. The staff person had a strong accent and it was a bit difficult to understand her and I speak Spanish. I assumed that she spoke Spanish. When I was done she repeated my order and I could not understand and Iasked if ahe could repeat but she asked me to drive down. I would ask to make everyone's experiwnce better to assign people who speak clearly at a slow pace an d maybe train them better. Customer service is important. I ended getting 2 items left out of my bag 1 that I was charged for and 1 that she didn't even add to order. You can do better. I know you can. Thank you! Paying Customer"
