"Refused to make new eggs to go with my mangu. Wanted to serve me eggs that we sitting there for hours that were hard and cold. Horrible, horrible customer service. The customer has the right to ask for new food if the food they are serving doesn’t meet expectations. They refused us service over eggs!!! Never going to this place again"

"I can only say what I think. Your review may be different from mine. This place has great Carne frita!!! The meat was cooked to perfection. The flavors are fenomenal! The natural drinks are to die for and the 3 leche dessert amazing. The owner took his time to greet everyone that comes in. It's a very small place but with Great food. Looking at other reviews. Don't be petty because the uber delivery or any other reason wasn't to your likings. They deserve the right reviews."

"Over all the food was great the owner (which I believe was the Dominican gentlemen)was great he greeted us as soon as we arrived and sat us down immediately, unfortunately as soon has he left the waitress who attended us was completely rude and was not attentive at all only came to us 3 times once for the order 2nd time was to drop the food at the table and 3rd time just to ask us if we where done we weren’t even offered water. Also while order she stated they didn’t have certain things however it was on the menu. She also stated that they didn’t have grilled pork chops but was able to have grilled chicken … When asked for a plate if avocado she stated we couldn’t get it because we had rice and the meat. We reiterated that we would like to separated from the rise and and chicken like an on the side. We then asked for water for the table and she brought one bottle water. But again the food was great but the staff has to go."

"The food was great, the owner or manager there was very nice and gave us samples. The juices were amazingly fresh. The owner claims they don't add water to dilute it down and I believe him. Rice and beans were great, the meats were fantastic. They know how to cook their meats. Tender, flavorful, and moist/juicy. There was no dryness at all. And the tres leches cake, best I ever had. We got a sample and it was so good we absolutely had to buy one to go. There was only one downside: it was very hard to get the employees' attention. They spend a lot of their time preparing takeout orders and if the boss wasn't there, I don't think I would've ever been able to order anything. The women behind the counter there are hard working but they don't understand customer service. They don't know how to sell the amazing food. No recommendations, no desire to take my order or ask me if I wanted anything else. The food smelled good, tasted great, and the restaurant was very clean."
