"Do not buy a dishwasher from this store and hire them to install it. They came to my house, refused to install it because of a split valve that serves both the sink and the dishwasher, and told me to call the store to get a refund. The store is being a jerk about giving me the refund for the non-installation/non-haul away. It’s been three months and I still haven’t gotten my money back despite multiple calls. They say something is wrong with their “system” and I need to go to the store to get my refund. Save yourself the hassle and have a local plumber install it rather than these frauds."

"Customer Service in this store was nasty and unhelpful. The tank on the toilet I purchased a few days ago was defective (slight leak) as per Kohler. Customer Service would only exchange the toilet if it was complete and in the box. I didn't have the box, and didn't want to transport a dirty toilet back to store. All I wanted was to exchange the tank with one from a new toilet."

"no c batteries. no one in the store knows where c batteries are. i think 80% of the workers don’t even know what c batteries are. no help. no knowledge. there’s 1 guy in tools who is knowledgeable but he’s always stuck copying keys lol. store is a wreck and no one knows where anything is. not the first time experiencing this here. arrogant and rude lady always in the returns area too. stay away from her unless you want to get barked at."

"I took my son to this Home Depot the other day after registering him for a workshop. I went to one of these kids workshops before but this was my first time going back to one of these workshops after COVID. We built a little pinball machine. They provided the material and tools. We got there a little late and I guess they started running out of some things. My son wants an apron which they didn't have more of. The family next to us was nice and have him their kids'apron. Overall these workshops are great. We will go back!"
