"Overall rating a 1 star Food is a 3 b/c they don’t have a full menu. Service is closer to a 0, takes forever to order and even longer to get food, better check your bag and hopefully your order is correct. 1 star on the atmosphere b/c it’s actually nicer than most service stops. They really should just recruit the Burger King employees, especially since they are never busy. They really need more help here."

"Not the Chik-fil-A I’ve come to know and love. Definitely tell it is not owner operated! From slow service (they are the drive through expert, how can they not open enough registers?), untrained employees, lack of the respect, good attitude Chik-fil-A is known for, food not cooked to meet standard. This Georgia girl will continue to wait till I’m home for a treat. This location makes it worse."

"The Good: I did get my order quickly. The Bad: None of the normal Chick Fil A ambience or manners. Absolute teenage mayhem behind the counter. Gave us like 10 polynesian sauce when we asked for BBQ sauce. Badly oversalted fries. And to top it off the nuggets were fried to an absolute crisp - they were dark brown and SUPER tough. We ended up throwing them away. Left feeling disappointed and stomachaches from the salt. If this were my first time trying Chick Fil A I would never come back."

"Today is their opening day and super busy. The rating is based on their fist day experience. If things improve, I’ll update my ratings. All the staff are nice and friendly, no doubt. But they got my order wrong. I found out when I got home. But there isn’t any way to contact them for correction. About the food, they don’t taste much like other chic fil a I had in the past. The chicken r over fired with bitter tastes. I ordered 12 nuggets but they give me 8. Not a big problem, honest mistake considering how busy they are. But the nuggets vary a lot in size. One of them is as small as a pinky tip. The majority of the rest are smaller than what I’m used to get from chic fil a too. I will go back for more tries. But I do hope the quality of food and service will improve as they gain more experience managing this place. And I will update reviews with honesty."
