"Friendly people, but holding a financial aid payment from my child's technical college is unacceptable after he already had to wait weeks to get it. I've had the same experience making deposits and being told a check would be held 7 to 10 days. In our automated world this policy is ridiculous. Not very user friendly if you need your money like most of us do."
