"This is the second time I’ve been to this same location & something always seem to happen. In this occasion I dine in during happy hours. I ordered a blue Long Island ice tea. When I asked what was in it I was told sour mix, 1 liquor “ pre mixed, & the blue colored mix. Tell I was told that it I wanted a real Long Island I had to pay regular price but when you go on the page and try to add the blue Long Island “ happy hour “ it comes with over 3 different alcohols. ( gin, vodka, tequila, etc.."

"I love coming here with my fellow classmates to eat! Although it usually takes about 20 minutes for our food to come out, the service is very good. Whenever we order Takeout, we are always satisfied! The food is always hot, ready & most of all, very tasty."

"I visited Buffet Wild Wings for lunch around noon on October 3rd. The dining area was relatively empty, but my initial interaction left me stunned. I was greeted, or rather yelled at, by the female manager from halfway across the dining area. Her tone was filled with angst, and her mannerisms were unprofessional. Though I was taken aback, I believe in second chances. As we approached, she was directing two other employees. It seemed we were somewhat of an afterthought as she proceeded to wave and shout again, with visible irritation. Having worked in the service and hospitality industry for over 15 years, I was astonished by such behavior. I hope upper management addresses this, as personal struggles should not overshadow professionalism, especially in hospitality. Our server was a pleasant young lady doing her best under the circumstances. However, the food took over 30 minutes, which was unexpected given the dining area's occupancy. Perhaps there were many carry-out orders, but I couldn’t ascertain that from my vantage point. I regularly order carry-out from this establishment and have noticed a decline in the quality of experience since its opening. I hope to see improvements in service quality. I'm open to updating this review if positive changes are made, as I am a local and wish only the best for the businesses in my community."

"I made an order on the main website of Buffalo wild wings in bronx 237th st. And i was charged $22.31 . The pick up time was supposed to be at 9:50pm and i showed up around 9:34pm when i got to a surprise that the restaurant closed due to an emergency as the manger said. I asked for a refund back since i couldnt get my food, and she stated i needed to wait a day to get it back. Worst customer service experience. I got charged and no food. Now i have to wait a day to get my money back. Hopefully i get it back tomorrow because this got me tight! I drove like 20 minutes to find out this. Smfh. The website shouldn't let me do the order if it was closed from the beginning. Attached is a picture taken with the close sign on the door’s glass. I am Very disappointed… them wings are wild."
