"Drive thru was slow. Store does not seem to honor televised deals , however they add a dollar or two to the nationally advertised deal sometimes. Service window workers at night at least, are on their phones and inarticulate to the value of their customers concerns and time constraints. High School Cafeteria at best."

"McDonalds has sadly lost a lot of the qualities that made it the best fast food restaurant for so many years. Prices, service, and food quality are much worse than they used to be. Prices have increased dramatically, in fact some items on the menu have DOUBLED in price within a year (McNuggets and beverages doubled in price). The taste/quality of the food has also become worse. The McNuggets are dried out and have no flavor. When McDonalds switched to white meat nuggets it seems that they also changed the oil and breading and the product quality has plunged. If not eaten within 3 minutes of being cooked they seem to dry out. The French fries which have been a delicious staple for so many years are also a victim of cost cutting. The size of each French fry is literally smaller. The French fries used to have a bunch of decently lengthed fries and a few small but now it's the exact opposite (a bunch of short fries and a few decently sized ones). The burgers have a worse flavor and are drenched in salt and pepper. I'm fairly certain McDs changed the meat that they used to use for hamburger/cheeseburger/mcdoubles and it's not as good. The cost cutting has also affected staffing in a terrible way. At my local McDs in Queens NY, nobody staffs the register at all and you need to wait at least 5 minutes until a crew member wanders over when you stare at them long enough. The restaurant is trying to push people into using the kiosk to order for themselves, but there are 3 drawbacks to the kiosk. 1. The Kiosk is not sanitized. I see grimy smudges all over the screen and have no interest in touching that due to health concerns (germs, COVID virus, etc.) 2. The Kiosk does not accept cash. If you need to use cash, the kiosk will take your order but it forces you to stand in line to pay with a cashier anyway so it's literally double the work and time for the customer. 3. Using the Kiosk takes way more time than just having a cashier take my order. The cashiers are familiar with the computer setup and have my order completed in seconds. It takes the average person several minutes to place their order through the kiosk. There are other issues that McDs needs to resolve but I have no time to write a novel about them."

"Ordered 20 piece nuggets and was super crispy and hot. This has to be one of my better chicken nuggets I had, though they had a free fries friday and that was disappointing, i know it is free with purchase, but the fried were not hot and only half full, i know inflation, but seriously the medium fries seemed more like the happh meal fries size."

"I will start by saying from personal experience that McDonald's is a very tough job - especially on a busy Saturday morning so I understand things won't be perfect, but orders shouldn't be gross. I could fry my own breaded chicken cutlets tonight with the amount of oil I've gotten out of these hashbrowns and I'm not even finished. First they were way overdone and I asked for new ones and I appreciate their doing so and being very nice and understanding, but really? Just take a minute more and after pulling the basket from the fryer let it sit and drain the oil. Soggy nasty mess. Now I have to degrease my counter."
