"Awesome food and the owner is super nice. I’ve tried different variations of the grilled cheese and can’t choose a favorite. I like sitting outside and enjoying a meal, and then walking it off in the mall! Super reasonable prices as well. You can’t go wrong here."

"This food truck is best. His grilled cheeses are the best grilled cheeses I ever tasted. He so friendly so kind so welcoming. I get so sad when they’re closed when I go to the mall. I recommend everyone going to his food truck. And I would use him for a party"

"After a late winter “nostalgia” drive to the Jefferson Valley Mall, my son, who has recently moved back to the area, and I noticed the food trucks in the parking lot. It being a chilly afternoon, a grilled cheese and tomato soup sounded perfect. My son waited in line for what turned out to be an amazing lunch! I had the “Evil” on regular white bread, which is a classic grilled cheese with Mac and cheese on it. Yes please! My son got the “Liam” 3, grilled cheese with BBQ chicken, Mac and cheese and chili. Wow. All amazing! And a tomato soup for dipping. Can’t say enough about how perfect this food was. Will definitely be back. The owner is a super nice guy! Ended up googling him and saw a lovely write up on Lo Hud."

"How can you not like this nice man? He's the Willy Wonka of grilled cheese sandwiches! Now I don't have enough time to write out a full review of this food truck just outside the South entrance of the JV mall. But all I have to say is that sometimes (we were there two Saturdays ago) he has a Pay As You Want system. But the actual prices are reasonable anyway, most between $5-$8. Man who runs this food truck has the rare quality that makes you happy to give him your money. But lemme get into the food. From memory you got about 15 variations on grilled cheese sandwiches some in two sizes—everything from classic American grilled cheese to Brie filled to lobster to jerk chicken to Mac and cheese all on a nicer and a bit bigger than Wonder Bread slices of bread in the larger suse. You also get the equivalent of a bag of chips on the side and can get a can of soda/bottled water or add a Tomato Soup for extra. Anyway, get on line, be ready for small talk you sense this sandwich man actuals cares to hear about, and be happy you gave him your $7. Go here for lunch."

"Lyle is one of the nicest people I have ever met! He is so nice he gave my fiance and I free lunch! We were up in Westchester for a doctor's appointment and happened to stumble upon his food truck by chance by looking on google! Lyle is located in the shopping mall parking lot. We had the 1/2 and 1/2 (half BBQ chicken half chili cheese) grilled cheese and the evil (mac and cheese grilled cheese), with a cup of tomato soup. The food is so fresh, made from wholesome ingredients, and the big bread is delicious and has great texture. I highly recommend eating at "Put Some Meat on Your Bones!" You will be very satisfied!"
