We're often left standing there wondering if they're done with our order. The food is so good we deal with it but wish the owner would train the staff to be friendly."

"Their pumpernickel everything bagel is amazing!!! This order has egg, cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, roasted red peppers and honey mustard. Quite an untraditional combination but they do it so good. These bagels are tasty, soft and flavorful."
"I work in the area and they have become my go to spot. But since I come from 30 minutes away, I like to call ahead. They have completely stop answering their phone. So annoying. Today, I tried calling and surprise, no answer. Okay fine. I go in and waited about 5 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. Only to be told that they can’t make sandwiches because they ran out of rolls and heroes…this is literally why I call ahead…waste of time!"
"Rainbow bagels and ice cream makes for a magical experience. Yes, the bagel shop serves ice cream. Do they serve bacon ice cream??? The strawberry ice cream had whole chunks of delicious strawberries. Be prepared for a line, and be patient, it moves fast."
