"We decided to book here via AirBnB for our last 2 days in town to relax after hiking and traveling around at different AirBnB’s. From the moment we arrived, there was an immediate feeling of tranquility, peace and comfort. Time truly slowed down while there. The home was the perfect ending to our incredible trip. "This has to be one of my favorite new places to stay in the mountains of VA. Scott & Loren's home is exquisitely kept and has something for everyone to appreciate. We planned this trip as our first anniversary weekend to get away from the chaos of everyday life and it was every bit of what we needed. Unlike other B&Bs, Scott and Loren's home offers a secluded and private setting where you can enjoy the grounds without having to tiptoe around other guests or wait for a good spot on the porch to open up. It offers a level of comfort and seclusion not easily found elsewhere. Their property is amazing with gardens throughout and a quietness you cannot find at other B&Bs. They are incredibly welcoming to their home and go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. While we were secluded from civilization, the home itself offered all of the amenities you could ever need. We especially enjoyed exploring the books on the shelves, sitting on the porch, looking at the many species of trees and plant life, and perhaps best of all Scott's French Toast breakfast. I cannot stress enough just how wonderful our stay was and how accommodating they were to our last-minute changes. We are deeply appreciative for their hospitality and every little touch they put in to make our stay a memorable one. We will definitely be back for future stays."
