"Owner behaved rude and unprofessional after we expressed our pizza pie lacked cheese. He questioned my husband and asked if we knew how much he pays for cheese? His worker tried to work with us and offered more cheese but the owner stopped him and wished my husband a happy new year! What a disgusting way to handle business!"
"Staff member who places the pizza slices in the oven behaved rudely, shaking his head and rolled his eyes when I asked for toppings on my slices very shortly after he placed pizza in oven, and gave me attitude get checkout. Place was kept fairly well. Tables were clean and napkins were available at every table. Pizza was passable. Nothing wrong with it but also nothing stood out. I would not come back to this place considering the behavior of the staff towards me over something this small. There were other restaurants in the plaza and would check them out over this place next time I’m hungry in Jericho."

"So I hate reviewing a restaurant like this but you need to be forwarned.. I ordered the chicken cutlet Parmigiana. They threw chicken inside stale Italian bread and put a little cheese and sauce and that was it. No love into this meal at all. Terribly disappointed. Never will come back here again."
"I ve been eating here for a few years. And I just wanted to write a review finally. I have been getting there chicken cutlet hero’s probably 1-2x per month and it has always been excellent. There staff calls me by name and extremely polite. This place is a must if ur in the area. I’ve tried several other things including there pizza. And it’s all amazing. Worth the stop. Great food and great service"
