"Good prices but parts customer service leaves much to be desired. Got an email that my order has been shipped, checked the tracking to see whats going on expecting it to have arrived, just to see that they have not shipped my order that was placed 4 days prior, just printed a label.. Btw paid 35$ for ups ground to somewhere 30 miles away for a package that weighs maybe 2 pounds. Realistically a 10$ package to ship at most. Feeling a bit ripped off for sure right now."

However, on my most recent purchase, i spent over $270 of replacement hoses and gaskets, and i wish i had checked the shipping cost before i clicked purchase. $36 to ship a box the size of a shoebox is ridiculous. Not sure i'll be buying from them again."
