Burger King

"Know what is worse than spending 17.00 on a burger? Getting on the highway and realizing your burger is made completely wrong and everyone else in the car got cold food. Let be back up a few steps.....because this place is a complete disaster. We came in and attempted to use the self serve screens. The screen wouldn't allow us to order a 4pc kids meal because it was "out of stock" but 6pc meals were in stock. It also said the onion rings were out of stock. There was a lady at the register next to us who we asked why this was like this, she shrugged her shoulders. I asked if we could order from her, she agreed to take our order. Well this was quite unpleasant as well. Constant goans, eye rolls, and complete irritation while we placed our 63.00 order. After all this, our order is wrong, and....cold. The worst part is, you can't even just pull a u turn on the free way to make them fix it. So you are stuck with disappointment. All in all this place gets two thumbs down. I want a refund for the meals we were screwed out of."

"We ordered two chicken burgers. Bad quality oily greasy food, overpriced and over cooked. Bad customer service. Dine in and take out are same, they dumped everything in a paper bag."

"I hadn’t had Burger King in a long time but I am so glad I stopped here. The junior whopper was so good. The fries lacked a bit of salt but they would be great if you preferred ketchup. Ketchup is free (and I think mustard too), but other sauces cost money. They do have quite a few to choose from. You order from a kiosk and they have Burger King crowns. It’s a nice open area and there are lots of seats. It was clean and pretty."

"Simply put, incapable humans. I know the order was correct because they're only self-service. I ordered a chicken sandwich with no mayo and of course, it had mayo. I didn't get my small fry or bottle of water, not the sauce for my nuggets. It also took 20 minutes with 2 orders in front of me. I'm sorry, I'm all for giving people a chance but the 3 people working there are incapable."

"The lines for the 2 self service machines were so long! Using the machines takes longer than talking to a person. The wait for the food& drinks was a little over 10 minutes. It would have been longer, but once I started taking pictures more employees started working instead standing idly by while one person did all the work. Also they paid no attention to the drinks that customers ordered with their meals- we all had to ask for them. Finally though all staff were wearing gloves, they were still touching their faces, clothes etc with their gloved hands and then touching the food. The whole system here at this rest stop Burger King is a mess. - food was barely warm as well, including cold onion rings."
