"Check your car when you change the oil. On my car they broke the cover underneath and half of the screws they were missing. The car was brand new. No one changed the oil before first time. It was definitely whoever was underneath there trash the screws. And broke the cover. They did not tell me anything. I just went home and look at it because I heard something underneath and I saw it was broken and screws they were missing. They ordered the cover and they found the screws on the trash. They fixed everything. Never going back again. that’s not how you do business"

"Normally I always come here to get my car service and the usual men that I see are always super kind. However, after today I will not be going back. I waited for over 30 mins to get my oil changed (granted there were cars in front and I was ok with waiting) but nobody came out to acknowledge me like they usually do or say anything. It was almost like the workers were trying to ignore the fact that I and someone else was waiting to be serviced. I normally tip pretty well too but definitely wont be coming back if they cannot have basic customer service skills"
