"Stay away from this place ,they can’t make a smoothie right i’m so mad at myself for going back for three smoothies after being there three days ago and the smoothie they made me was very watery I asked for a refund, but the lady remade it for me and it was good. today I went and ordered three smoothies They were all trash watery no flavor , showed it to the cashier and he said that’s was normal I order at the store, so the smoothies weren’t out for a very long time no reason for them to be extremely watery and no flavor is disgusting it feels like juice"

"cute little boy was working when I when in last night he welcome me with a big smile when I when to pick up my order . Got my order and my smoothie was very watery it was more like a juice I dint wanted to say anything but I was paying for it ,I asked for a refund , lady apologize and make it again she was very surprised when i showed her the smoothie . Tropical smoothie shouldn't have a kid preparing food. Other customer said something to the kid for making a sandwich with out gloves."

"Absolute trash that can’t get an online order correct when they know that the customer can’t come back to get it switched out. Why am I removing cheddar cheese and bacon from a chicken pesto? No there is also chicken pesto on this sandwich so they just double down because they didn’t know what they were doing."

"I came here today around 12pm for a wrap and the service was absolutely Terrible. When I got there A lady with the grey shirt was taking my order and was speaking to me with a rude attitude. I asked her questions about the food and she was giving me attitude that as well. She didn’t give me an opinion on anything. I just went with a buffalo chicken wrap and My wrap fell apart as soon as I grabbed it. The lady who took my order made the food as well. Terrible customer service and food. I don’t understand how this place has business"

"Solid little trop location! Service was very nice when they ran out of a particular smoothie and had a recommended one ready to go for me. Unfortunately it had dairy so I had to turn it down and get something else but it was still very nice that they thought to have something ready for me anyways."
