"Great premium drinks, great consistency. Obviously there will be a few drinks to dislike per subjective opinion. Reasonable prices with standard of living and inflation, though their Medium and Large should really be changed to Small/Medium. Been a customer for 2y now, going at least weekly if not at some times daily. Decent and efficient staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere are always appreciated. Good COVID policies. Perhaps my two minor complaints are 1. with last year’s Berry Lovers drink balance of milk and berry being inconsistent and 2. With some drinks being unable to customize enough.(though for this there may be reasons)"

"We've been to many Coco Fresh Tea stores all over NY. Bayside location being the most frequent but never had such a friendly experience as we did in this Syosset location. Typically, we find the staff to be rude and deterring ...but these guys in Syosset are so sweet. No attitude. They don't annoyed when you have questions. They've all been so friendly and helpful. It's such a sweet experience we now come here weekly."

"Very quiet location. Helpful staff. Welcoming experience overall. And of course I enjoyed their bubble tea. I’d say give this Play a try if you’re in the Long Island area. I was hoping they had more branch locations aside from here in the surrounding area nearby."
