"I love shopping, and so it's very saddening when someone writes a review like Mae jejenau's, and doesn't ever bother to give it a second chance. While I agree sometimes the person at the register/shop assistant isn't always as nice as you are to them,(This has never been the case for me at Cesare and Lili btw.),I like to think that the best thing to do in that instance is to tell the shop owner, not the internet. I am sorry that this is still up after 11 months, but I'd like to get some more people on here to review this place as the gold mine of fashion that it is."

"The owner of this little shop is quite lovely, helpful, and sweet but some of her staff is the rudest I've ever dealt with. There is a young lady who was helping me and looked at me like I wasn't worth the dirt on her shoe when I politely said I wouldn't be taking one item because I thought it was a bit overpriced for what it was. She then continued to stare at me as I left, even though there was someone else trying to get her attention. I asked her why she was staring me down and she denied it, all while continuing to do it. I was wearing a $200 dress from a cute boutique up the road too, and I'm at least ten years older than her, but apparently if you're not made of money, you get no respect at this store. I love shopping and am new in the area; I could/would have made this a regular stop but because of this experience I will never be going there again. Totally not worth it. I'd recommend you skip it and head to No Sugar instead. They have much cuter product and some of the sweetest staff you'll ever meet. To my mind, shopping in Rhinebeck is a bit of a game of Russian Roulette: There are tons of rich kids who are working entry level jobs they think they are too good for. Here's hoping she quits and gives the job to someone who actually deserves it and needs it. I'm sure she's hurting the owner's business, who, as I say, is quite lovely but who's judge of character is up for question."
