"All the worker are super sweet if they seem a bit angry or down you have to understand they are working 8 hours+ making drinks etc so don't think it's towards you cause all the staff are super cool on an easy going day their service is tops food and drinks great not always 100% but still always good and the atmosphere is pretty quiet unless you go after school hours than it's flooded with loads of kids and parents."
"This location tends to get a bit crowded since it is right across from Fordham University and at the very center of Fordham Road. The workers are nice and work as fast as possible together to get in-house and Mobile orders done and moving as quickly and correctly as they can."
"There’s always a problem here. I ordered today and the frapp tasted like water down coffee. Like seriously your manager or supervisor should be watching closely when you make these drinks. A caramel frapp shouldn’t look like caramel water!!! If I could cancel this order I would, but I don’t live close to the store."
"The bagel was hard as rock, ask the barista to give me something else cause I can’t eat it and little lunch was gonna have with my last money. She said “well you’ve ate it already” of course a little piece that was soft but I couldn’t finish the rest hard as rock, I wasn’t lying I just wanted a full bagel. Sometimes just believe the customers beside that we always right."
