"Terrible customer service. Manager is rude and has no customer service skills. Ice tea and Ice coffee are old smell fishy and look disgusting. Food department they have to visit this place asap , I don't know how this business still running."
"This review is for CINDY who is the BEST DUNKIN EMPLOYEE at the Pelham location!! On the days she is there I know I’m going to get my Macchiato the way I want!! On days she is not there I will not go. The other employees work hard but on the day the manager is there WITHOUT CINDY it’s crazy! The manager needs to work on putting out some Dunkin Merchandise. Other Dunkin’s have the merchandise to buy."
"This place is ok , I went here for tha 1st time and there Strawberry & Dragon Fruit Refresher was good but a little expensive is $5 for a large but in Manhattan it's $2 , but as for tha service it was ok , I didn't have any issues so that's good right? , But either way tha service was fast wen I was there , I guess because I went in tha afternoon there wasn't alot of ppl in there at all."
