Starbucks

"The Starbucks doesn't carry what a majority of other Starbucks do. In particular, sugar cookies and peanut butter cookies often found at various Starbucks and various Barnes & Noble Starbucks aren't carried here. Staff was very rude when I politely asked for this particular cookie saying and I quote " we don't have any peanut butter ANYTHING," and when I politely explain to them what I was talking about that it was specific type of cookie that Starbucks has and only Starbucks has they then soften their tone as I explained to them that most other Starbucks carry it so I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask. Afterwards I said thank you and went about my day. The tone really got to me I was having a really really hard day, just one autistic person who was having the worst day of his life figured I'd go in there and get the one thing that would have cheered me up. Well it's not the staff for not carrying it, the attitude was a little bit awkward, the lack of knowledge to the menu items was a little bit awkward too. But it's okay I'll just go to another Starbucks next time"

"This is my go to starbucks some of the staffs are great. Went in this morning and I received one of my drink I saw that my other drink has already been made and was just sitting there on the cold beverage side so I ask the barista if she could just pass me the drink since I was double park outside. She said no the hot beverages side is her station and she's making drink on that side only. Talk about great customer service. I've never had any problems at this location but was greatly disappointed this morning."

"Jesse the Spanish lady who works there is the best barista hands down. Whenever she makes my coffee it just tastes better, maybe because she makes me feel special she knows my name and most of her customers. Today the store was jammed packed and when she walked in the people were happy...she was able to get rid of the crowd and still had a smile with all the work she was doing... Pretty sure she will be promoted hopefully we get to keep her at this location"

"Some staff that work here are wonderful. You know who you are. However some of the younger staff members simply don't take their time to complete the orders. Not having a scooper when the Starbucks app defines its modifications by scoops is a poor excuse not to complete your orders as requested by your customers. Imagine buying a car expecting 4 wheels and only getting 1. Waste of your time (staff) and money (customers') right? Do better because you are great, in spite of your greatness."

"I LOVE THE STAFF AT THIS LOCATION!!! Azirel and Jesse are just the coolest at greeting customers with a warm welcome and smile. They do a great job making my drinks. They do a great job at keeping the location clean. They decorate every Christmas and celebrate other holidays ppl may enjoy. I appreciate their customer service skills. Keep up the great work guys! And Thanks for remembering my name when I come in every morning! Shout out to Jess he keeps the place running smoothly and clean! He always gives me a shout out when I come in."
