"My wife and I go every night to this location to get an iced coffee and we honestly keep coming back for Hafiz. We always order a med French vanilla iced coffee and he makes it perfect every time. After sometime he memorized our order and we didn't even have to ask. It's been months since we moved here and he is consistent. Unlike the rest of the team which seem to not want to provide the same level of service as him. We go to many dunkin stores across the city and quite frankly don't receive the same level of service as Hafiz. He recently recommended the coconut cream and we are hooked now. Thank you Hafiz your awesome and deserve recognition! You ease the frustration of an iced coffee possibly not done correctly. Seamless experience- no worries."
