"This Dunkin is the only one that makes the signature lattes the right way. The ladies in the morning are always on point. They showed me how to customize my order on the app to only chocolate munchkins. They are fast and knowledgeable."
"I have attended this Location for about a year now and the service for the past 2 month has been horrible the cashier was outside, the manager was preparing online orders and the other cashier was just cleaning. The employees saw me wait to place an order for approximately 5 min they didn’t care and when I asked “how long is the wait” she responded hold on with an attitude and took approximately 10 min before they placed my order. None of the coffees in the pickup side were labeled or handed to identify the order and when I complained to the manager she didn’t care she was just telling the cashiers to ignore me."
"Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Employees are miserable with life and could care less about you and your order. Live close by and have experienced this time and time again. Especially the short dude. It’s like he’s upset you dare place an order. Dunkin has the worse doughnuts. How are they still in business is beyond me. Where’s Krispy Kreme!? You’ve been warned…"
