"I ordered a hot Boba and upon receiving it I realized it was cold I kindly told the worker I ordered a hot and not a cold I was surprisingly met with attitude and I was told I didn't order a hot. I will not be ordering from here for a long time until the staff had fixed there attitude."
"The bubble tea was great but the service was very lacking. The two girls that were working on 12/14th around 7pm were exceptional rude and dismissive. Especially the one with the pink hair. Did not appreciate her attitude!"
"This place is really good don’t get me wrong but the strawberry popping boba it has it symptoms. For example when we got home after drinking the strawberry popping boba my stomach really hurt same with my cousin she threw up the day after drinking the strawberry popping boba. Before we got home I threw up as well. Also the Korean corn dogs are really small and you can finish it in like 2 mins."
"Out of all the bubble tea places, this is my favorite! I always come all the way to bay plaza not for the shopping, but for the tea! Delicious drinks & food! coming here is a MUST! Long lines, but staff is always fast, efficient, and nice! I hope you guys open more stores.
