"Completely disgusted! I went to this location yesterday January 17, 2024 at 11:18am. I purchased a frozen pineapple lemonade, took a few sips of my drink and felt like I was swallowing some ice chips or something. After further inspection I noticed a foreign object in my drink. A whole bottle cap! I called the 1800 customer service immediately. They were very nonchalant. As if they were just collecting information from an average bad product or service incident. They gave me an email to send pictures to, however it’s been over 24 hours and I still have yet to get a response. I went back to the store location got a refund of $6.80. The store manager never made themselves known nor gave an apology. Beyond poor service, distasteful customer care. I’m confused as to how the person even preparing the drink put a bottle cap inside in the first place. The thought of it is just very unsanitary and displays the lack of attention to detail and preparation. The fact that no one truly seemed to be accountable nor apologetic, makes the impact of the situation worse. Also, keep in mind this establishment has a big fat grade A on their front door; a grade I do not believe they’ve earned nor deserve. This review is to advise future customers to go somewhere else. Or at the very least inspect your purchases thoroughly."
"This is a busy place cause of the Drive-Thru , but Lord they took FOREVER to make me a Strawberry Açaí… People came after me and their order was served ahead of mine. Poor organization with orders. Update I gave it a second chance on the drive thru… see pics"
"Stopped in for a venti ice americano with 6 Splenda with 4 other drinks. When you go in, you have to guess where the line starts. There is no structure. After ordering, it took over 15 minutes to get 4 drinks and an extra 4 min to get the americano. The lady making the americano grabbed 3 Splenda and made my drink. I had to ask for the extra Splenda that she did not add to my drink. I can't make it simpler than a black americano with Splenda. still, they made it wrong. Even at the pickup counter, it was chaotic."
