"Very small store. They get their food from the other Panera inside Westchester Medical Center nearby (WMC Panera is great). But this location keeps food under a warmer all day. Picked up a BEC and it was as hard as a rock. Team manager happily refunded. But an employee got irritated because I forgot to ask for extra flavoring. Then tried to ring me up for SIXTY CENTS. I feel bad for the employees that have to eat here every day."
"Very good food, helpful staff who are very friendly. They have great salads and fresh bananas. It’s convenient that this place is here in a building full of medical offices; they have tables and chairs, too."
"Dropping off my pregnant wife in front of the medical center. Took here maybe 30 seconds to get out of the car. Panera driver kept honking like a idiot for me to move...move from the place designed for patient drop off and pick up."
