"Horrible service. Girl who handed me my order called my name and slid my drink right across the counter. She’s lucky I did not take the drink and threw it right across her face because who slides a drink across a counter top. On top of that, the place is filthy and everything is sticky! Not sure who the GM is to this store, but I am embarrassed for them of how nasty their employees are and the store is just as disgusting!"
"This is my local Starbucks, I start my day here. The service here is so slow, even though I order through the app. I’m writing this review today cuz this is like the 4x this week they made my order wrong. I ordered hot beverages but I presented with iced. When the manager is asked about the order she tells everyone with an attitude, “it’s gonna be a second.” This time my order was also made wrong already waited 38minutes, I showed the app and informed thats not what I ordered, the manager said, “well it will be a second, cuz there are other orders ahead of you.”"
