"Every time I get a filled donut from this Dunkin the fill SUCKS ! Stop being cheap with filling ! Boston Crème had a squirt inside , barely filling the donut and the jelly is only filled 1/2 of the way -_- Less donut more filling. Exactly why I go to the one on the Hutch…. "This place was really professional but can't say what happen if it new management, cause alot of new faces. Place my order then I realize like 10 people after me get serve. Ask the employee (ROSA) what happen with mine, she look at the receipt and then told me it didn't show up on the screen. They need to get fired cause they seems clueless."
"I have been going to this Dunkin for a long time. It’s walking distance from my home and it HAD good service. It’s now under new management and new staff that’s doesn’t care for basic customer service. Looks like being in the phone is more important then helping guest and with the new change of attitude make it feel unwelcoming. I’ll be talking my business elsewhere till they get things in order. Sucks because the way you keep a business running is to retain your guest. Looks like I’ll be going back to Starbucks where the coffee coast more but I get great customer service."
