Dunkin' 1888 Eastchester Road, The Bronx, NY 10461

"This is one of my favorite Dunkin Donuts locations in The Bronx. You can taste the love they put into their drinks and food. The inside is super spacious and nice. The staff is also super hospitable as well. It's also very convenient next to the medical college and the hospital."

"Whoever is managing this place should get fired or demoted. Been here two Saturdays in a row and there’s only one person working. The person working here on the other hand is great. She’s doing the best that she can with the circumstances that she’s in no thanks to the person running this place."

"Very disappointed with the quality of service. I wouldn't set foot there again. I ask for the bag for my ice caramel latte. even before having consumed it inside the store that it spell on the ground. I turn to the cashier who makes me pay again for the same product."

"Terrible place. Put in an order for the stuffed biscuits. Clerk asked if it was two orders and I said NO only one order. Still charged me for two orders. On top of that, the biscuits were cold and not cooked. I asked if there was a Vanilla Kreme donut to which the male clerk said yes. Turns out the donut was NOT Vanilla Kreme. I should have followed my gut which said not to order from this location. STAY AWAY from this location."

"I ordered my food had to wait a few other people got their order before me even though I ordered before them. my egg bites were forgotten. when I got my drink as I was picking it up the drink spilled. I let the associate know the wasn't one tight and she rudely responded it was on when she shook the drink. I understand customer service in any industry can be tough. It's dunkin it's the morning in a busy place. But a smile can get you through a whole lot. She did remake the drink begrudgingly. Also they weren't any napkins available for me to even clean up part of the spill on the my side."
