"I met a group of friends for breakfast recently. Bobby Sue was our waitress and she was wonderful. She was super friendly and quick to bring anything we asked for. Our food was ready very quickly and was tasty. We will be back again soon."

"Love the 55+ menu. You can modify to your own preference. The waitress was very pleasant and attentive. She took her time as I asked questions about alternatives to other food options. I had the buttermilk pancakes with turkey breakfast patties. The pancakes were nice and fluffy. I also love Perkins coffee. I sat and had a nice quiet breakfast which is always a good thing."
"I have travelled the world extensively over 40 years. I ate at all restaurants ranging from pop & mom’s to Michelin three stars. This is my honest review of Perkins Restaurant & Bakery at Balmville. Stoped there in the midst of a trip to upstate NY. We only had slices of pie: homemade apple pie and pumpkin. Both were tasty not too sweet and with a good dough and filling."
"Everything was delicious! The waffle was just the right amount of crispy on the outside and melt in your mouth on the inside. The country fried steak my husband had was fried just right. Food not salty either. Portion sizes are fair and the price is inexpensive. Deserts were not too sweet and they are generous slices. Must visit whenever you’re in Newburgh."
