Starbucks

"This particular Starbucks in the sheraton Hotel, employees are not friendly. I ordered everyday the same drink at the same time for the past year..they don't say hi or thank you. Another issue is that every other week, they run out of milk,bread ect"

"Service sucks, I did not get what I asked for. Paid 10 bucks for a custom drink and they did not follow any of what should have been in there. Asked for whole milk got 2 percent Asked for 2pumps of vanilla in my matcha latte did not get any. Payed extra for 2 extra shots spilled half of my drink after mixing in the shots. The employees have so much attitude. They do not care about how the drinks come out at all. I got charged for some extra milk which never happened at any Starbucks before. Thought hey it’s all the same it’s a Starbucks how bad can it be but I learned my lesson on don’t go to a Starbucks with bad reviews, they definitely have reasons for them."

"I have NEVER in my life have left a review but this is how bad the barista was. She was rude and made my drink incorrect so when I asked if she can make it again. Had to ask her 3x and another employee to make it. He was nice enough to tell her how to make it. And then gave me my drink all spilled out in the cup. When I was leaving she told me. “It’s just a drink relax” She worked the 6/29/23 shift around 2pm White girl of course"

"Absolutely horrible! I just witnessed a poor girl get yelled at repeatedly and have water thrown in her face because of how understaffed they are. They left her with someone who has no idea what they're doing. SHAME ON YOU MANAGEMENT! This girl looks like a teenager my heart aches for her. Clearly the manager has not a care in the world for their employees. Management should be fired and investigated, I will never come here again and I will be sure to tell everyone I know as well. Please don’t ever come here."

"Understaffed to the point they keep replacing they employees every week. Manager doesn’t seem to know what they doing cause she took my order and made my drink horribly wrong. The supervisor seems overworked. It seems like a place where no care is at and the higher ups are deaf and blind."
